#day14 Complete! 🕯️Favorite Devotional Part:🕯️ If God is sovereign and ultimately in control, does that mean that you are absolved of responsibility for your actions? Does it mean that you do not have ‘free will’? As we see in our New Testament passage, the Bible teaches both – the ultimate sovereignty of God at the same time as human responsibility and free will. Jesus says, ‘Come to me, all you who are weary and burdened, and I will give you rest’ (v.28). The invitation to come to Jesus is for everyone. No one is excluded. We are all invited. We all have a choice whether to accept the invitation of Jesus or to refuse it. **And that’s only the beginning** 🗝️Favorite Passage(s)🗝️: Come unto me, all ye that labour and are heavy laden, and I will give you rest. Take my yoke upon you, and learn of me; for I am meek and lowly in heart: and ye shall find rest unto your souls. For my yoke is easy, and my burden is light.
